It has been informed by the parties that the Insurance company has already paid the Award of Rs. 5,38,000/- with 7.5% interest per annum passed by the learned Tribunal and it has been received by the claimants-appellants. 4. When the matter is called out before the National Lok Adalat both the learned counsel for the appellants as well as learned counsel for the Insurance Company and the representative of the Insurance Company have agreed and settled the case on further payment of Rs. 3,00,000/- to the appellants towards full and final settlement with right of recovery to the Respondent - Insurance Company as per Award passed by the learned Tribunal. -1- 5. Thus, with the consent of both the sides, this M.A. No.38 of 2022 stands disposed of, on the further payment of Rs.3,00,000/- (Rs, Three Lakhs) with the observations mentioned above. 6.
