This is an application under Section 482 of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023, praying for pre-arrest bail in respect of Hojai P.S. Case No. 31/2025. 3. The husband of the informant was mercilessly beaten up for which he died. 4. Ms. Barman, has submitted that the petitioners were not present in the place of occurrence. 5. I have considered the submissions made by the learned counsels of both sides. 6. There is no doubt that the person was mercilessly killed by some persons Investigation of this is case is going on. This Court is of the opinion that under the present circumstances, if the bail application of the petitioners are allowed, it amounts to interference of the investigation. 7. Therefore, at this stage, this Court is of the opinion that the petitioners do not deserve to be given the privilege of anticipatory bail. 8.
