The present contempt case is being preferred by the petitioners against the respondents/contemnors who have deliberately defied/violated the order dated 21.01.2025 passed in WPS No.7196/2024 and order dated 04.02.2025 passed in MCC 2 No.130/2025 in the matter of Sandeep Kumar Rathore & Anr. Vs. State of Chhattisgarh & Ors. and have thus committed contempt of this Court. 2. Learned counsel for the respondents would submit that the D.ed Certificate submitted by the petitioners is sent for verification to the Registrar, OPJS University, VPO- Rawastar Kunjla, Near Sankhu Fort, Rajgarh (Sadulpur)- Jhunjhunu Road, Churu- Rajasthan. He further contended that after verification, if the report is found legal then the petitioners will consider for counseling. 3. Learned counsel for the petitioners not opposes the submission made by learned counsel for the respondents. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the documents with utmost circumspection. 5. Since the submission has been made by learned counsel for the respondents that they will consider the candidature of the petitioners for the counseling after verification of the D.ed Certificate, the said submission appears to be genuine. 6.
