Case No.2 /2014 (New No.165/2016) (Mohd. Murslim and others Vs. Salim and others) pending before the learned Judge, Small Causes Court, Moradabad within stipulated time period of 3 months" 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforementioned S.C.C. Suit filed on behalf of the petitioners before Judge Small Causes Court, Moradabad is pending since 2014. He further placed certified copy of the order sheet of the pending proceeding, which has been annexed as Annexure No.2 to the instant petition in order to demonstrate that the case is not proceeding expeditiously. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the instant petition under Article 227 of the Constitution of India stands Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Anuj Vikram Singh Counsel for Respondent(s) : Mohd.
