It is the case of the petitioner that he is maintaining a saving bank account with the branch of the 7 th respondent and based on the cyber complaint made by one Rakesh Singh, the petitioner account was freezed. He made a representation on 14.08.2025 to the respondent to de-freeze the bank account of the petitioner. However, no action was taken till date and hence, the present writ petition. 4. The learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that this Court may issue a direction to the 7 respondent to consider the representation dated 05.07.2025 within the time stipulated by this Court. 5. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and perused the materials available on record. Since no adverse is passed as against the 7 th respondent, notice to them is dispensed with. 6.
