3. By means of the present criminal writ petition, petitioner has challenged the FIR No.219 of 2024 dated 23.07.2024 registered with P.S. Sahaspur, District Dehradun under Section 115(2), 64 and 85 of the B.N.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the parties unanimously submits that charge-sheet has already been submitted against the petitioner after investigation and the matter has now been compounded by the parties vide order dated 08.03.2025, therefore, nothing remains to be decided in this writ petition and it becomes infructuous.
5. In view of the statement made by learned counsel for the parties, the present criminal writ petition is dismissed as infructuous.
6. Interim
order dated 05.08.2024 stands vacated.
