Pleading innocence on the part of the petitioner, false implication in the case, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks indulgence of this court. The case of the prosecution as putforth by the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) appearing for the respondent police, opposing for grant of anticipatory bail, is that, the petitioner/A-1 is a quack doctor, without proper requisite degree and certification, he was giving English medicines to the public. He would submit that A-2, who is an helper was arrested and released on bail. He would further submit that the petitioner/A-1 has one previous case of similar nature. 4. Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner, the learned Government Advocate (Criminal Side) for the respondent Police and perused the materials available on record, considering the facts and the submissions, this court is not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner.
