Mr. Arvind Kumar, learned advocate appears on behalf of applicant- appellants, of whom appellant no.1 was wife in the marriage dissolved on judgment dated 18th October, 2024. He submits, during pendency of the application for condonation of delay and for admission of the appeal, there was agreement between the parties. His client has received more than aggregate Rs. 27 lacs by way of maintenance on gross sum paid. 2. Mr. Sumit Daga, learned advocate appears on behalf of respondent and confirms that there was agreement and payment. 3. The application for condonation of delay was moved before coordinate Bench on 5th February, 2025, when respondent had sought to file objection. In view of agreement between the parties we condone the delay on accepting cause shown for it. The appeal is admitted. Regular number be allotted. The application is disposed of. 4.
