(Oral) The petition has been filed inter alia seeking a writ of mandamus directing the respondents to grant the benefit of 1st and 3rd ACP to the petitioners from the date of eligibility. 2. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that grievance raised herein is pending for appropriate decision before the respondents. At this stage, the petitioners will be satisfied in case respondent no.2 is directed to decide their pending legal notice, dated 15.04.2025, Annexure P-2, in a specified period. 3. Notice of motion. 4. Mr. Amit Sahni, Additional Advocate General, Haryana, accepts notice on behalf of the respondents/State, and submits that the pending legal notice, dated 15.04.2025, will be decided by respondent no.2/Director of Secondary Education, by passing a speaking order in accordance with law, within a period of three months.
