Heard the learned counsel appearing on either side and perused the materials available on record. 3. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the Trial Court is directed to return the original Registration Certificate of the vehicle bearing Registration No. TN 37 EZ 2373 to the petitioner for the period of 1 month from the date of receipt of a copy of this order. Thereafter, the petitioner shall surrender the original Registration Certificate of the vehicle bearing Registration No. TN 37 EZ 2373 before the Trial Court on or before 31.11.2025. 5.
