Heard Sri Akhilesh Chandra Dwivedi, learned counsel for the petitioner and learned Standing Counsel for the State- respondents. 2. The grievance of the petitioner is that the respondent-authority is obstructing the construction of her house on a portion of Gata No. 400, situated in Village Majkhor Kasba, Sarila, Tehsil Sarila, District Hamirpur, despite the fact that the Nagar Panchayat, Sarila had already granted permission to the petitioner for construction of the said house. In respect to her grievances, petitioner has submitted several representations to the respondent-authority, but respondent-authority is not paying any heed to the request of the petitioner. 3. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that no useful purpose would be served in keeping the writ petition pending and appropriate direction may be issued to the respondent no. 4 to consider the grievance of the petitioner. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and without adverting into the merits of the case, the writ petition is disposed off permitting the petitioner to file a fresh representation along with certified copy of this order raising all Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Akhilesh Chandra Dwivedi Counsel for Respondent(s) : C.S.C., Sant Ram Sharma Smt. Shakuntla .....Petitioner(s) State Of Up And 3 Others .....Respondent(s) his grievances before the respondent no. 4, Executive Officer Nagar Panchayat Sarila, District Hamirpur within a period of one month from today. In case, any such representation is filed by the petitioner, the respondent no.4 shall consider and decide the same in accordance with law within a period of two months thereafter from the date he receives the representation of the petitioner.
