Petitioner has been made accused in connection with Tatanagar (Rail) P.S. Case No. 107 of 2024 for the offences registered under sections 21(c) and 22(c) of the N.D.P.S. Act, pending in the court of learned Sessions Judge, East Singhbhum at Jamshedpur. 3. 170 bottles of onrex cough syrup were recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The quantum of seized cough syrup comes within the purview of commercial quantity. 4. Considering the nature of allegation, I am not inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail.
