The present Writ Petition is filed seeking release of the amount of Rs.3,36,549/- for certain works having been executed by the Writ Petitioner. 3. Sri Panku Rajesh Kumar, Learned Assistant Government Pleader for Respondent Nos.1 and 2 submitted Written Instructions furnished by the Executive Engineer, Panchayat Raj Division, Nandyal, dated 03.04.2025. Copy of it is supplied to Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner. The same is taken on Record. 4. The Written Instructions would indicate that the total value of the work done by the Writ Petitioner is for an amount of Rs.2,70,127/-. The Official Respondents, having admitted the above mentioned amount, are willing to pay an amount of Rs.2,56,873/- after making the necessary deductions of an amount of Rs.13,254/- as full and final settlement. 5. The Learned Counsel for the Writ Petitioner, on instructions, submits that the Writ Petitioner is willing to accept this amount as full and final settlement on the condition that the said amount is expeditiously paid to the Writ Petitioner. 6. Having regard to the facts and submissions, this Court deems it appropriate to allow this Writ Petition directing the Official Respondents to pay the balance amount of Rs.2,56,873/- as full and final settlement after making necessary deductions of an amount of Rs.13,254/-. The Official Respondents are directed to complete the entire administrative process within a period of eight (08) weeks from today by coordinating and cooperating between the Departments and remit the amount into the Bank Account of the Writ Petitioner within a period of four (04) weeks thereafter and convey the information to the Writ Petitioner. The Writ Petitioner is directed to submit the details of Bank Account to the Competent Authorities within one (01) week for effective of compliance. 7. With these observations, this Writ Petition is allowed to the extent indicated. No order as to costs. Miscellaneous petitions, if any, shall stand closed.
