It is therefore most respectfully prayed that his Hon'ble Court may kindly be pleased to call for records and directing the Additional District Judge, Room No.9 Allahabad to decide the S.C.C. Suit No.03 of 2021 Shri Siddharth Jaiswal Versus Shri Munnu Lal (Dead) and others for arrears of rent and eviction, expeditiously in accordance with law, within some stipulated time frame as fixed by this Hon'ble Court in the facts and circumstances of the case. And /or pass such other and further order which may deem fit and proper in the circumstances of the case, otherwise the petitioner/ applicant shall suffer irreparable loss and injury." 3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submitted that the aforementioned S.C.C. Suit filed on behalf of the petitioner before Additional District Judge, Room No.9, Allahabad is pending since 2021. He further placed certified copy of the order sheet of the pending proceeding, which has been annexed as Annexure No.2 to the instant petition in order to demonstrate that the case is not proceeding expeditiously. 4. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, without expressing any opinion on the merits of the issue, the instant petition under Article Versus Counsel for Petitioner(s) : Arvind Kumar, Manish Jaiswal Counsel for Respondent(s) : Shri Siddharth Jaiswal .....Petitioner(s) Shri Munu Lal (Dead) And 5 Others .....Respondent(s) 227 of the Constitution of India stands disposed of finally directing Additional District Judge Room No.9, Allahabad to decide the aforementioned S.C.C. Suit No.3 of 2021 in accordance with law expeditiously and preferably within a period of four months from the date of production of certified copy of this order after giving opportunity of hearing to both the parties.
