By means of this writ petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, the petitioner has challenged the order dated 10.12.2024 and 12.12.2024, whereby, he has been transferred from Hardoi to Sultanpur. 2. It is submitted by learned Standing Counsel that the above transfer order has been passed on account of the fact that petitioner has been promoted and, therefore, petitioner should not have any grievance. 3. Be that as it may, since the petitioner has questioned the transfer order, this Court considers it appropriate that petitioner shall move a representation before the competent authority namely respondent no.2 and in the event, any such representation is made within 2 weeks from today, the same shall be considered and disposed of within a further period of 2 weeks. 4. The transfer order impugned dated 10.12.2024 and reliving order dated 12.12.2024 shall abide by the decision to be taken by the authority. 5.
