K M KRISHNA REDDY The Court made the following order: This Contempt Case is filed under Section 10 to 12 of Contempt of Court Act, 1971, for willful and deliberate disobedience of the orders dated 27.11.2023 passed in W.P.No.29521 of 2023. 2. Heard Sri C. Subodh, learned counsel for the petitioner and Sri K.M. Krishna Reddy, learned Government Pleader for Revenue. 3. When the matter is taken up for consideration today, Sri K.M. Krishna Reddy, learned Government Pleader for Revenue, on reply affidavit, submitted that the Tahsildar has categorically stated that he is not dispossessing the petitioner from the subject property. 4. It is the case of the petitioner that, the authorities are threatening her to dispossess without following due process of law. A perusal of the affidavit shows that nowhere it is pleaded that the authorities have dispossessed the petitioner without following law. In the reply filed by the respondent it was stated that, they would follow the direction issued in PIL.No.140 of 2022 & batch. It shows that they have an intention to follow law. In view of the same, there is no contempt as alleged by the petitioner, as such, the contempt case is liable to be closed. 5. Recording the said submissions, this Contempt Case is closed. No costs.
