The present application has been filed with the prayer for allowing the applicant to produce the additional witnesses, viz.; (i) Heisnam Jatishwar Singh aged about 65 years S/o (L) Heisnam Ibobi Singh, resident of Thanga Heishnam Leikai, Ward No. 5 Thanga, Bishnupur, Manipur – 795133; (ii) Tongbram Johnson Singh aged about 41 years S/o Tongbram Sanatomba Singh, resident of Thanga Tongbram Leikai, Thanga, Bishnupur, Manipur – 795113; (iii) Tongbram Bedajit Singh aged about 43 years, S/o Tongbram Mutumba Singh resident of Tongbram Leikai, Thanga, Bishnupur Thanga (P), Manipur – 795113; (iv) Sub- Divisional Officer, Moirang, Government of Manipur; and (v)Tony Kshetrimayum, Proprietor and Councillor, DLAX Education, Near Ram Lal Paul School, Keishamthong, Imphal – 795001, presently Proprietor of LUCY GURU MAYU M Digitally signed by LUCY GURUMAYUM Date: 2025.04.10 15:04:35 +05'30' 2 Shine Career at the same building, on the ground that after framing of additional issues by this court, examination of the said witnesses are necessary for deciding the controversy in issue. Mr. A. Mohendro, learned counsel submitted that the applicant be allowed to produce witnesses no. (i) to (iii) mentioned herein above and prays for allowing the appointed Advocate Commissioner to issue summons to the witnesses at (iv) & (v) mentioned above for their appearance before the Advocate Commissioner for their examination as witnesses in connection with El. Recr. Pet. No. 9 of 2022. Mr. N. Ibotombi, learned Sr. counsel appearing for the respondent no. 1 submitted that he has no objection in allowing the present application. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the parties, this Court is satisfied that the examinations of the above named witnesses are necessary. Accordingly, the present application is hereby allowed. The Advocate Commissioner is requested to issue summons to witnesses at (iv) & (v) for their appearance before him for their examination in connection with the El. Recr. Pet.
