By means of the instant petition, the petitioner seeks the following reliefs:- i. Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding the Respondents to release the duly sanctioned arrears of pension and gratuity to the petitioner in a time bound manner; ii. Mould and Grant and issue any other writ, order or direction in favour of the petitioner as this Hon’ble Court deems fit and proper in the circumstances of the case; iii. Also award the cost of this petition to the petiitoner. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the record. At the very outset, learned counsel for the respondent nos. 3 and 4 submits that the claim of the petitioner is admitted; the matter is under process, and within three months, all the admissible dues shall be paid to the petitioner. The Court takes on record the statement given by learned counsel for the respondent nos. 3 and 4. The writ petition is disposed of with the directions to the respondent no. 3 to make the payment of all admissible dues to the petitioner within a period of three months from today.
