The petitioner has been made accused in connection with Jama P.S. Case No. 72 of 2024, corresponding to G.R. No.21 of 2025 for the offences registered under sections 305(a), 331(4) of the B.N.S., 2023, pending in the court of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dumka. In night of 31.08.2024, theft was committed in the house of the informant. It was submitted that nothing incriminating was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. It was further submitted that petitioner has been remanded from another case. It was finally submitted that petitioner is in custody since 13.11.2024. In view of the submission made above, I am inclined to enlarge the petitioner on bail. Accordingly, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees twenty thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each, to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Dumka, in connection with Jama P.S.
