1. The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of order of this Court dated 13.06.22024 passed by this Court in WPC No. 2840 of 2024. Vide order dated 13.06.2024, this Court has passed the following
order/direction:-
“Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, submission of
learned counsel for the petitioner as also considering the provision under the act of 2002, this writ petition at this stage is disposed of directing respondent no. 1 to conclude the proceeding filed by the petitioner under Section 14 of the Act of 2002 within a period off 30 days from the date of receipt of copy of the order.”

Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that representation Annexure P/2 has been filed by him on 30th of December, 2024 before the
2 Collector, Raipur C.G. but till now the order of this court has not been complied with.

Learned counsel for the respondent gave assurance that the order of this court would duly be complied within till 4:00 PM by today itself.

Looking to the facts and circumstances of the case and the submission made by the learned counsel for the respondent in which he gave the assurance that the order of this court will be complied with today itself till 4 PM, this court is of the considered opinion of closing the instant contempt petition against the respondent. However, after passing of the order till today, if any grievance(s) arises, petitioner is at liberty to file fresh petition if there is any ambiguity in the
order passed by the respondent authority.
