Petitioner sought a direction in this petition to the respondents to consider his One Time Settlement proposal dated 02.12.2024, in accordance with the Bank’s own One Time Settlement (OTS) Policy dated 22.04.2020. Mr. Danish Majid, learned appearing counsel for the petitioner submits that respondents vide One Time Settlement for non-performing assets had found the petitioner eligible for settlement under the Scheme in the terms settled therein. Petitioner submits that he has deposited the upfront amount and the Scheme is in currency till 01st of September, 2025. This has also accepted by the counsel for the Bank. In view of the aforesaid, nothing survives for further adjudication in view of the settlement arrived between the parties. This petition is accordingly
disposed of.
