(Oral) Since in the case at hand, petitioner, who, at present is working as Peon at GSSS Dainkwan, Tehsil Indora, District Kangra, Himachal Pradesh, has not completed his normal tenure at present place of posting, there appears to be no justification to entertain the petition, whereby he has sought direction to the respondents to consider and decide his representation for transfer, however, having taken note of the fact that petitioner has 50% permanent moderate locomotor Impaired disability in lower limb, this Court, without going into the merits of the case, deems it fit to dispose of the present petition with a direction to the respondents to consider and decide the - 2 - pending representation dated 1.3.2025, having been filed by the petitioner, expeditiously, preferably within a period of four weeks. Ordered accordingly. Needless to say, authority concerned, while affording opportunity of hearing to the petitioner shall also take note of the transfer policy formulated by the Government of Himachal Pradesh and pass appropriate orders.
