This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "(i) issue writ, order or direction in the nature of certiorarı quashing impugned notice dated 11.06.2025 under section 67(1) of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 (Annexure 4 to the writ petition). (ii) Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus restraining respondents no.2 to 4 from demolishing the houses of petitioner situated at gata no. 366 village Turtipur Ilha, Tehsil and District Sambhal." 2. A preliminary objection has been raised as to the maintainability of the writ petition on the ground that only the notice dated 11.06.2025 is under challenge. 3. This Court finds that the petitioner has a remedy of filing reply to the said notice issued by the revenue authorities. 4. In case, reply is filed within a week from today, the authorities concerned shall decide the same, considering the objections filed by the petitioner, strictly in accordance with law within a period of next two weeks. 5.
