This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) To allow the petition and direct to the Respondent no. 2 Appar District Magistrate( Land Revenue and Finance) / Chief Revenue Officer, Ballia to decide the Case No. D 2022150900000570 (shri Vinayak Versus Manoj And Others) under section 128 of U.P. revenue Code may be decided expeditiously within stipulated time pending before respondent No 2 since 26.4.2022 expeditiously or within stipulated time" 2. The sole prayer made is for expeditious disposal of the proceedings pending under Section 128 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction to the respondent no. 2- Appar District Magistrate (Land Revenue and Finance)/ Chief Revenue Officer, Ballia to decide the Case No. D 2022150900000570 (Shri Vinayak Versus Manoj And Others) under section 128 of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4.
