The present 482 Cr.P.C. application has been filed to expedite the trial of application dated 23.08.2024 in Criminal Revision No.790 of 2023 bearing Case No.9250 of 2022 (State vs. Vijaypal and others ), under section 133 Cr.P.C., Police Station Muradnagar, District Ghaizabad pending in the Court of Additional Session Judge, Court No.7, Ghaziabad. 3. Applicants have filed this application to decide the application dated 23.08.2024 filed in Criminal Revision No.790 of 2023. From perusal of record, it is apparent that Additional Session Judge, Court No.7, Ghaziabad by order dated 06.09.2024 had passed order on the application of the applicants that the applicants' application and revision both shall be decided together. 4.
