Accordingly, the respondent no.2/Chief Judicial Magistrate, Bulandshahr is directed to decide the Case No.10512/2025 (M/s Hinduja Housing Finance Ltd. Vs. Balvant Singh & others) filed under Section 14 of the SARFAESI Act, 2002 by passing a reasoned order within a period of twelve weeks from date after granting an opportunity of hearing to the petitioner. 5.
