In the present case, order under Section 14 of the Securitization and Reconstruction of Financial Assets and Enforcement of Security Interest Act, 2002 (hereinafter referred to as 'the Act') dated October 29, 2024 was passed by the Additional District Magistrate (Finance and Revenue), Ghaziabad for granting possession to the petitioner who is the auction purchaser. 3. In light of the same, the Additional Commissioner of Police, Commissionerate, Ghaziabad, being the respondent No.3 herein, is directed to act in accordance with law and comply with the order passed under Section 14 of the Act within a period of twelve weeks from date, if there is no other legal impediment. 4.
