The accused/applicant seeks regular bail in case FIR No. 269/2022 of PS Hari Nagar for offence under Section 302 /307 /506 /323 /147 /148 /149 /34 /120B IPC. 1.1 This bail application came up for the first hearing on 20.03.2025 before the predecessor bench and thereafter continued getting adjourned before different benches. By way of order dated 15.04.2025, the predecessor bench granted interim bail to the accused/applicant to undergo right tympanoplasty surgery. Thereafter, that interim bail continued on day to day basis before different predecessor benches and finally he surrendered after 15.06.2025 as per prosecution. Along with 179 such old pending bail applications, this application was transferred to this bench. 1.2 Today is the first hearing before me. This is a digitally signed order.
