By referring para-4 of the reply, learned counsel for the State would submit that despite regularization in the regular establishment of the work charged and contingency paid establishment in favour of the petitioner, he did not performed the duties of the said post and on his own, he worked with the office of the respondent as a Daily Wager till the date of his superannuation and was paid the wages during that period on Collector rate.
