HIGH COURT OF JUDICATURE AT ALLAHABAD WRIT - A No. - 13824 of 2025 Court No. - 4 HON'BLE AJIT KUMAR, J. Heard learned counsel for the parties and perused the records. By means of this petition filed under Article 226 of the Constitution, petitioner has prayed for following substantial relief: "(a). Issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus commanding and directing the respondents to consider the legal claim of the petitioners against the regular vacant posts of Collection Peon and permitting to continue to work the petitioners as Seasonal Collection Peon and pay the emolument regularly month to month when its fall dues." Learned counsel for the petitioner states that in above regard petitioner has already approached the authority concerned for consideration of his claim by means of an application/ representation dated 15th April, 2024 which has remained pending till date. Learned Standing counsel has no objection in case if petitioner's representation is directed to be decided by the concerned competent respondent in a time bound period. In view of the above this petition stands disposed of with a direction to the respondent No.- 2 to look into and consider the grievance raised by the petitioner in his application/ representation dated 18th August, 2025 and dispose of the same as expeditiously as possible preferable within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order.
