This writ petition has been filed for grant of following substantive reliefs:-
“1 ) That clause 2 of the impugned communication dated 05-08-2020 (Annexure P-9) may kindly be set aside being illegal and arbitrary.
2. That the respondent state may kindly be directed
1 Whether reporters of Local Papers may be allowed to see the judgment? yes
- 2 - to regularize the services of PAT policy Teachers (petitioners herein) retrospectively from 18 -12- 2014 i.e. the date of entitlement for regularization as held by this Hon'ble Court in CWP No. 3280/2022 (Annexure P-10).”

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the issues raised in this writ petition have already been adjudicated upon in Surinder Kumar & Ors Vs. State of H.P. and Another2. Learned counsel for the petitioners further submits that though the respondents have preferred LPA No. 2 of 2025 against the aforesaid judgment and the same is still pending adjudication, however, there is no interim order against the aforesaid decision.
Leaned counsel for the petitioners further submits that petitioners would be content in case they are permitted to file representation(s) to the respondent/Competent Authority for redressal of their grievances in light of aforesaid decision and the respondents/Competent Authority is
directed to decide the same within a time bound schedule. Learned Additional Advocate General has no objection to this prayer.

Having regard to above submissions but without
2 CWP No. 3280 of 2022 decided alongwith connected matters on 20.09.2024
- 3 - examining the merits of the matter, this petition is disposed by permitting the petitioners to file representation(s) within four weeks, which shall be decided by the respondents /Competent Authority keeping in view the decision in Surinder Kumar2 within eight weeks from the date of receipt of the same, in accordance with law. The decision so arrived at, shall be communicated to the petitioners.
Pending miscellaneous application(s), if any, also to stand disposed of.
