It is submitted by the learned Advocate for the Applicant - Accused No.4 that, the Applicant - Accused No.4 as never behind the bars as he as granted pre-arrest bail in the Crime and thereafter, his sentence as suspended and he as on bail during the Appeal. It is submitted by the learned A.P.P. that, appropriate order be passed. 4. The aforesaid observation in the Judgment is based on the information supplied by the Criminal ‘A’ Branch of this Court. No , it is brought to our notice that, the Applicant - Accused No.4 as not behind the bars. Hence, the said observations be read as under:- “Accused No.4 [Ravi Subhash Satbhai] is on bail ” 5. In vie of the above, the Bail Bonds of Accused No.4 [Ravi S/o Subhash Satbhai] stands forfeited. The Accused No. 4 [Ravi S/o Subhash Satbhai] shall surrender to suffer sentence a arded to him as referred in Paragraph – [c] of the operative order of the Judgment, ithin a period of [1] one eek from today.
