Heard Sri Gautam Baghel, learned counsel for the applicants and Sri Prashant Mathur, learned counsel for the opposite parties. 2. The present contempt application has been filed pleading willful disobedience of the order dated 26.08.2025 passed by this Court in Writ- A No. 27236 of 2025. 3. Sri Prashant Mathur, learned counsel for the opposite parties informed that opposite parties have challenged the order of Writ Court dated 26.08.2025, specially paragraph 9 of the said order by filing Special Appeal No. 858 of 2025 and the Appellate court vide order dated 22.09.2025 has set aside the direction so given in paragraph 9 of the order of Writ Court dated 26.08.2025, therefore, present application may be dismissed as infructuous in light of such facts. 4. Learned counsel for the applicant could not dispute the aforesaid facts. 5. Under such facts of the case, no further orders are required to be passed. 6. The contempt application is dismissed. 7. Notices are discharged. 8. Let the file be consigned to record.
