This Court, vide orders dated 19.07.2024 and 21.08.2024, passed in MCRC Nos. 3513/2024 and 5434/2024, while allowing and rejecting the bail to the applicant, namely, Ashish Kumar Thanapat, had expressed its trust that the trial Court should make an earnest endeavor to conclude the trial expeditiously in accordance with law, preferably within a period of six months from the date of receipt of a certified copy of this order, if there was no legal impediment. The learned Additional Sessions Judge, Sariya, District – Sarangarh-Bilaigarh, Sessions Division – Raigarh (C.G.), through the Principal District and Sessions Judge, Raigarh, District – Raigarh (C.G.) vide his request letter dated 04.02.2025 has requested for grant of 3 months time for concluding the trial. 4. It transpires from perusal of the PUD, that in this case, 11 prosecution witnesses have been examined and the Investigating OfÏcer and the Doctor are yet to be examined. Therefore, it is likely to take some time for concluding the trial. Therefore, he prays for grant of further 3 months time for concluding the trial. 5. The request appears to be reasonable. The concerned trial Court is directed to conclude the trial as early as possible, preferably within a further period of three months from today. 6. Accordingly, this CRMP stands disposed off with the aforesaid direction. 7.
