Learned counsel for the petitioner, drawing attention of this court to the supplementary affidavit filed in this case today by the petitioner, submits that the petitioner undertakes to appear in person before the court of learned trial court being the court of learned SDJM-cum-Special Judge, MP-MLA Court, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa on 06.08.2025 and seeks permission of the court to withdraw this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition and also submits that in view of the undertaking given by the petitioner by way of supplementary affidavit, the operation of the non-bailable warrant of arrest issued against the petitioner in connection with Complaint Case No.229 of 2021 of the court of learned SDJM-cum-Special Judge, MP-MLA Court, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa be kept in abeyance. Considering the aforesaid facts, this Criminal Miscellaneous Petition is dismissed as withdrawn. But in view of the undertaking given by the petitioner by way of supplementary affidavit sworn in by his Pairvikar, to appear in person before the court of learned trial court, being the court of learned SDJM- cum-Special Judge, MP-MLA Court, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa on 06.08.2025; the operation of the non-bailable warrant of arrest issued against the petitioner in connection with Complaint Case No.229 of 2021 of the court of learned SDJM-cum-Special Judge, MP-MLA Court, West Singhbhum at Chaibasa is stayed till 06.08.2025.
