Chakraborty, learned counsel for the applicants. Also heard Mr. P. Borthakur, learned Additional Public Prosecutor, Assam and Mr. K. Biswakarma, learned counsel appearing for the respondent no. 2. Mr. Chakraborty has submitted that the Lakhipur P.S. Case No. 330/2020 ended in filing of the Final Report. Thereafter, the complainant filed a protest petition and the learned trial court has accepted the said petition and the same is still pending in the court below. According to Mr. Chakraborty, the present Criminal Petition 30/2021 has become infructuous. Therefore, he will withdraw this criminal petition and may file another petition in appropriate circumstances. Prayer is allowed.
