Issue, a writ, order or direction, in the nature of MANDAMUS directing the respondent no. 2 to decide the Suit No. 163/2013, now its computer case no. T2013143611427 (Baccha Singh Vs. Amrawati Devi & others) under section 229B of U.P. Z.A.L.R. act is pending before respondent no. 2 as early as possible within reasonable period of time." 2. It is contended by learned counsel for the petitioner that a suit is pending in proceedings under Section 229B of the U.P.Z.A. and L.R. Act for consideration before the respondent no. 2. The sole prayer made is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction to the respondent no. 2- Sub-Divisional Magistrate, Badlapur, District Jaunpur, to decide the Suit No. 163/2013, Computer case no. T2013143611427 (Baccha Singh Vs. Amrawati Devi & others) under section 229B of U.P. Z.A. and L.R. Act, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of six months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4. With the aforesaid directions, writ petition stands disposed of. 5. It is made clear that this Court has not adjudicated the matter on merits. September 16, 2025 A. V.
