The statement made on affidavit is not clear with regard to the exact location and distance of the same to various institutions, as stated in the petition. 2. Therefore, no relief can be granted. The petition is dismissed. However, liberty is granted to the petitioner to file a properly constituted petition. There shall be no order as to costs.
