This writ petition has been filed with the following prayers; "(i) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no.2 and 3 to enquire the matter and taken proper and appropriate action against the guilty persons/respondent no.5, 6 and 7 and correct the revenue record by entry the name of petitioner. (ii) Issue a writ order or direction in the nature of Mandamus directing the respondent no.3 to decide the objection of petitioner dated 25.07.2025 u/s 38(6) of U.P. Revenue Code 2006 pending before him within stipulated time which may fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. From perusal of the prayers made in writ petition no direction can be issued as far as first prayer is concerned. 3. However, as the objections filed under Section 38 (6) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006 are pending consideration, no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending or issuing notice to the private respondents, the writ petition is being disposed of, at the admission stage, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction upon respondent No.3 to proceed with the objection filed by petitioner and conclude the proceedings under Section 38 (6) of U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4.
