The present contempt petition has been filed by the petitioner alleging non-compliance of order of this Court dated 12.04.2024 passed in WPC No. 2040 of 2024. Vide order dated 12.04.2024, this Court has passed the following order/direction:- “Taking into consideration the fact that the application is still pending before the Tahsildar, Bagbahra, the authority concerned is directed to demarcate the land of the petitioner preferably within a period of three months from the date of receipt of a copy of this order.” 2. Learned counsel for the petitioner contended that respondent has not complied the order of this court till now. Hence he has willfully disobeyed the order of this court. 3. Per contra, learned counsel for the State contended that order of this court 2 will be complied with, within two weeks from today. Hence she prays for further two weeks time in order to comply the said order. 4. I have heard learned counsel for the respective parties and perused the impugned order placed on record with utmost circumspection. 5. In view of the submission made by the learned counsel for the State, as a last opportunity is given to the respondent to comply the order of this court within two weeks from today, failing which this court would take some serious steps/actions against the respondent for non-compliance of the order of this court. 6. Subsequently, this contempt petition against the respondent is closed with the aforesaid direction. However, petitioner is at liberty to assail the same if occasion arises. 7.
