Shahi, learned A.C.S.C. for State. 2. The petitioner has come up with the case that he is working on temporary post of Chaukidar/ Sahyogi Sangrah since 18.02.2009, however, from July, 2022, she has not been paid salary as well as no adverse order is being served upon her. 3. In the aforesaid circumstances, this writ petition is disposed of with an observation that in case, petitioner is able to show that she has continuing worked during aforesaid period and there is no adverse order against her, the due salary be paid to her and in case of any financial problem or any other legal impediment, the same shall also be communicated to her.
