This writ petition has been filed with the following prayer:- "(i) to issue a writ, order or direction in the nature of mandamus directing the Sub Divisional Officer, Tehsil Baheri, District Bareilly to decide the Case No. 922 of 2025 (Computer Case No. T202512130500922 (Suresh Kumar Vs. Dilip Singh & others), U/s 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code-2006 which is pending before the respondent no.2 expeditiously and within stipulated period as fixed by this Hon'ble Court." 2. It is contended by the learned counsel for the petitioner that the case filed in proceedings under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, is pending consideration before the respondent no. 2. The sole prayer made is for expeditious disposal of the same. 3. As no useful purpose would be served in keeping the matter pending, the writ petition is being disposed of, without calling for counter affidavit, with a direction to the respondent no. 2- Sub-Divisional Officer, Tehsil Baheri, District Bareilly to decide the Case No. 922 of 2025 (Computer Case No. T202512130500922 (Suresh Kumar Vs. Dilip Singh & others), under Section 24 of the U.P. Revenue Code, 2006, in accordance with law, after hearing all affected parties, preferably within a period of two months from the date of production of certified copy of this order. 4.
