Thereafter, a motion was laid by the petitioner for extension of time to deposit the amount of Rs. 10.00 lacs and this Court vide order dated 26.03.2025 directed the applicant to place on record the medical record of the applicant and the matter was posted on 02.04.2025. On 02.04.2025, none had choosen to cause appearance on behalf of the petitioner. Today also, same is the position. 2. In view of this, the present petition is dismissed for non- prosecution. 3.
