Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw this writ application in order to approach the appropriate forum since the petitioner was an employee of a contractor. However, learned counsel submits that the petitioner is not knowing as to which contractor has deducted the Provident Fund Account of the employee as such, he may be permitted to make respondent-SAIL as party before the appropriate forum so that he could know about the fact that which contractor has deducted the Provident Fund Account.

Learned counsel for the respondent-SAIL does not have any objection.

Having regard to the aforesaid submission, the instant writ application stands dismissed as withdrawn with the liberty to approach the appropriate forum.
