The present application under Section 528 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, has been filed to issue a direction to the court concerned is/ are to release the applicants in 5 cases on a personal bond and two sureties which are as follows: (i) Case Crime No. 179 of 2021, under Sections 307, 465 of I.P.C. P.S. Partapur, District Meerut. (ii) Case Crime No. 666 of 2020, under Sections 307, 393, 504 of I.P.C. P.S. Kankarkheda, District Meerut. (iii) Case Crime No. 178 of 2021, under Sections 392, 323, 307/34 of I.P.C. P.S. Partapur, District Meerut. (iv) Case Crime No. 670 of 2020, under Sections 356, 379 of I.P.C. P.S. Kankarkheda, District Meerut. (v) Case Crime No. 654 of 2020, under Sections 392, 411 of I.P.C. P.S. Kankarkheda, District Meerut. Learned counsel for the applicant submits that the applicant is a poor person. It is further submitted that all the cases have been slapped against the applicant on the basis of confessional statement (which is irrelevant). Last bail order of the applicant has been passed on 08.07.2025. It is further Versus Counsel for Applicant(s) : Sunil Kumar Tiwari Counsel for Opposite Party(s) : G.A. Vikas Alias Rohit Alias Guru .....Applicant(s) State of U.P. .....Opposite Party(s) submitted that applicant is languishing in jail since 01.09.2020. It is further submitted he has not able to give two sureties in each cases and the case are related to one court. In view of the facts and circumstances of the case, the court concerned is directed to release the applicant in pursuance of the bail orders as annexed in the aforesaid case crime numbers, after furnishing personal bonds and two sureties of Rs. 50,000/- in aforesaid 5 cases in the like amount to the satisfaction of the court concerned.
