Heard Mr. Sangeet Deokuliar, learned counsel for the petitioner and Mr. Amitesh Kumar, learned APP for the State. 2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 325 of 2024 ( G.R. Case No. 748 of 2024) dated 10.07.2024 registered for the offence(s) punishable under Section(s) 126(2), 115(2), 118, 109, 118(2), 74, 308(4), 303(2), 351(2), and 2(34) of the B.N.S. 3. The main submissions advanced by the petitioner's counsel are that as per the FIR, this petitioner simply exhorted the co-accused and he is alleged to have equipped with a rifle at the time of occurrence but it is not the case of the prosecution that the petitioner caused firearm injury to anyone Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20058 of 2025(3) dt.29-04-2025 2/3 by using the said firearms. It is further submitted that in fact the prosecution party assaulted the petitioner and his relatives for which Nanpur P.S. Case No. 337 of 2024 was registered and the relevant documents showing the petitioner's treatment in respect of the said assault have been filed with this petition. Though, the petitioner has remained accused in six more cases of which details have been given in the paragraph no.3 of the petition but he has been acquitted in two cases and in the rest cases, he was not sent up by the police or not chargesheeted, so, it can be deemed that there is no criminal antecedent against him. It is further submitted that both the parties are close agnates and a good sense has prevailed in between the parties and they have entered into compromise and have filed compromise petition before the trial court vide Annexure-4. It is lastly submitted that the petitioner has been languishing in jail since 27.11.2024 and against him the investigation has been completed. 4. Learned APP appearing for the State has opposed the bail prayer of the petitioner. 5. Considering the aforesaid submissions and mainly taking into account petitioner's custody period and completion of the investigation against him and also the nature of allegation appearing against him, this court is inclined to grant the relief of Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.20058 of 2025(3) dt.29-04-2025 3/3 bail to the petitioner. Accordingly, let the petitioner named- above be enlarged on bail in connection with Nanpur P.S. Case No. 325 of 2024 ( G.R. Case No. 748 of 2024) on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Court concerned.
