It is evident that notice of motion was ordered to be issued on 15.11.2019. Thereafter, the hearing of the case was adjourned either due to the absence of the counsel representing the petitioner or on the request of the petitioner's counsel. On 15.05.2025, the following order was passed:- "Learned counsel representing the petitioner is directed to produce the receipts evidencing payment of Rs.4,75,000/- as per her statement on 15.11.2019. List, in the urgent list, on 21.05.2025." 3. On 21.05.2025, again, on the request of the petitioner's counsel, the hearing of the case was adjourned. 4.
