On 28.08.2025, the following order was passed: ““““Apprehending his arrest in FIR No.47 dated 19.05.2025 registered for offences punishable under Sections 22, 29, 61, 85 of NDPS Act, at Police Station Mehtiana, District preferred this petition under Section 482 of Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 seeking prearrest bail.
