The petitioner is aggrieved by the fact that his bank account has been frozen by the respondent Bank. 3. Undisputedly, the account has been frozen on basis of the direction issued by the Investigating Agency, which is investigating a cyber crime. 4. The case of the petitioner is that there has been a compromise between the petitioner and respondent No.6, at whose best the crime is being investigated. 5. In case there has been a settlement between the parties it is always open to the petitioner to bring the said fact to the notice of the Investigating Agency. 6. At this stage, Shri Satyam Singh, counsel for the petitioner prays for liberty to withdraw the writ petition and move proper representation before the Investigating Agency alongwith copy of compromise deed, so that the Investigating Agency may take the same into consideration.
