It is submitted that clarification is required that the petitioner b fresh tenders in respect of the other/new buildings which are matter of the suit tender. It is submitted that petitioner is pending since 3.2. 2024, a direction be issued to the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Chandigarh to decide the same expeditiously. Learned counsel informs that the next date fixed before the trial Court is 20.09.2025. Heard. After hearing learned counsel for the petitioner, issuance of notice of motion is dispensed with at this stage, as it will delay in disposal of the case. Since the application for clarification before the learned Civil Judge (Jr. Divn.), Chandigarh since 3.2.2024 i.e. for a period of almost 1-½ years, and the learned trial Court is directed to decide the dated 03.2.2024 (Annexure P-4) within a period of two months fro next date of hearing fixed before it i.e. 20.9.2025.
